Mission Training Institute
LINC's Mission Training Institute (MTI) is designed to give house church leaders the biblical and practical training necessary in order to plant and grow a house church. Each module contains both group and on-line content and exercises. This training includes the following modules:
Mission Training for Congregational Leaders
For established congregations LINC offers, "Mission Leadership for Council/Board Members." This training is designed to help congregational leaders evaluate and plan congregational ministry so that the mission of reaching their communities with the message of Jesus is their primary focus. An initial group workshop is followed by a series of assignments and webinars that enable participants to begin accomplishing behavioral change at the council/board level of their congregation.
